Spheres of ice create the least ice-to-alcohol contact ratio possible, allowing the slowest dilution rate of the ice into cocktail over time.
Directions:
- Freeze water in cup mold to create an ice block
- Before making each ice sphere, bring the press to room temperature by running it under warm water
