What delivery options do you offer?

When delivering to anywhere within the continental United States you may choose from Ground Shipping, 3rd Day Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping. (Not including: Special Purchase items that are not available for expedited shipping and require extended lead-times. Special Purchase items are noted on the item product page.) We also offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska and most International shipping destinations. When shipping to these destinations you will be presented with expedited and economy delivery options which will vary based on your final shipping destination.

How do you calculate estimated delivery dates?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed for shipment on the same day you place your order for all in-stock items. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed for shipment the next business day. When calculating delivery dates we do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered by that date.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of your order before any taxes have been applied, except for furniture, lamps, the Crescent Curved Shower Rod and The Marriott Bed, which have separate shipping costs associated with them.*

* Mercury Crackle Desk Lamp: The Mercury Crackle Desk Lamp requires a flat rate shipping fee of $45 and is only available for delivery within the Continental United States. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

* Steel Spindle Floor Lamp: The Steel Spindle Floor Lamp requires a flat rate shipping fee of $55 and is only available for delivery within the Continental United States. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

* Oval Alligator Ottoman: The Oval Alligator Ottoman requires a flat rate shipping fee of $175 and is only available for delivery within the Continental United States. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

* Red Table Lamp: The Red Table Lamp requires a flat rate shipping fee of $30 and is only available for delivery within the Continental United States. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

* Glo Lamp: The Glo Lamp requires a flat rate shipping fee of $40 and is only available for delivery within the Continental United States. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

* Crescent Curved Shower Rod: Due to the unique size and weight of this item shipping charges are based on a flat rate and per item. Please refer to the rates above depending on the shipping address.

* The Marriott Bed: Please call for detailed shipping costs for the mattress & box spring. The shipping costs for this item are additional and will vary based on delivery destination. The rates above are not reflective of those for the mattress & box spring.
